EuPA Fellowship 2015 for Educational Program

EuPA in collaboration with the COST Action BM 1403 is organizing an Educational Program during the EuPa2015 Milano Congress addressing the following topic of interest within the young proteomics researcher community:
  • Protein crosslinking track, Alexander Leitner and Henning Urlaub
  • Protein HDX/covalent labeling track, Kasper Rand and Lisa Jones
  • Proteome Bioinformatics, Marc Vaudel
  • Liquid Chromatographic separation for MS analysis, Christian Huber
  • Experimental design in proteomics research , Kathryn Lilley
The courses are free of charge for all the attendees of the EuPA2015 Congress; moreover EuPA is granting 10 fellowships of 250€ each to support the attendance of young investigators to this event. These fellowships are available from the EuPA Educational Committee and they are dedicated to those students (e.g. Post-doc fellowship holders, PhD Student, etc.) interested in attending any of the Educational courses. Proposers who are members of an EuPA associated National Society have priority. Request with a brief CV and motivation letter should be formally addressed to the Chair the EuPA Educational Committee, Dr. Karl Mechtler, please send e-mail to Christian Kleinhammer (c.kleinhammer@aon.at) by May 31st.

In addition, up to 30 fellowships are available funded by the COST Action BM1403 dedicated to PhD students and post-doctoral fellows interested in the protein crosslinking and protein HDX/covalent labeling tracks. Eligible recipients must belong to an EU country which is a member of COST Action BM1403 (http://www.cost.eu/COST_Actions/bmbs/Actions/BM1403). Requests with a brief CV and motivation letter should be formally addressed to the Chair of the BM1403 Cost Action, Prof. Frank Sobott by e-mail (frank.sobott@uantwerpen.be) by May 31st.
